The Future Behind A Vintage Lense

For a Winter submission to Beeple Studios, Macie Ammons created a piece centered on the theme “The Future.” The goal was to design a nostalgic print inspired by classic films, blending timeless aesthetics with futuristic concepts. Through the use of mixed media techniques, she developed a work that evokes both nostalgia and imagination, leading to the print’s selection for Charleston Art Night in 2025. This project served as an exploration of thematic storytelling and visual experimentation, ultimately resulting in a piece that bridges past and future influences.
